Stuff I Use
I enjoy combing through other people’s /uses/ pages. Here is my collection of things I enjoy using day-to-day.
Computing
- Framework 13
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7840U (8-core) @ 5.1GHz
- Memory: 32GB
- Storage: 1TB SSD
- OS: Arch Linux
- ThinkPad X230
- CPU: Intel i5-3320M (4) @ 3.300GHz
- Memory: 16GB
- Storage: 256GB SSD
- OS: Fedora Linux
My trusty X230 is built like a tank, has a ton of I/O ports (the VGA port saved a whole week of workshops for me and my client once), and all the computing power I need for my work. Although it is ~10 years old, it is one of the best laptops I’ve ever owned.
However, my current daily driver is the Framework 13, which is a real powerhouse backed by an unprecedented belief in repairability and sustainability.
